Seniors For Christ

We have a wonderful group of seniors who actively participate in all facets of church life. Many are involved in caring for our fellowship in very helpful ways. Here are a few specific ways they lead. And yes, we know that the above picture has nothing at all to do with ministry to adults! We're still working hard on the website... words first, prettify second.

  • Women's Circles - Ruth Circle meets the second Monday of every month at 7:00 p.m. and Rebekah Circle meets the first Monday of every month at 7:00 p.m.
  • Occasional Outings - picnics, shows, train & boat rides, etc.
  • Spiritual Growth Opportunities - travel to hear special lectures and preachers, and enjoy fellowship and worship at regional convention
  • Pastoral Care - visitation and meals to sick, shut-ins, grieving families
  • Summer Wednesday Dinner Gatherings - because our normal Wednesday Night Dinners do not meet during the summer, our Seniors For Christ group meets at various restaurants. Please see the FCC Events Calendar for further details.
  • Sunday School - Bond Between Us (meets in upper West wing), Christian Workers (meets in the Parlor in the upper East wing, by the church's administrative offices)
